Factory
1.Do you have your own factory? Or is it just a trading company?
Yes, we have our own silicone manufacturing factory with a complete production base. At the same time, we also have a trading department to help customers source related products, so you can get everything you need in one place.
2.Do your factories have certificates?
Yes. Our factory has passed international certifications such as ISO, FDA, LFGB, and SGS. These certificates ensure that our silicone products meet global safety and quality standards.
3.What kind of silicone products does your factory make?
We produce a wide range of silicone products, including kitchenware, baby products, medical-grade silicone parts, industrial seals, and customized silicone components. If you have a special idea, we can also make it for you.
4.Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The location is very convenient for both domestic delivery and international shipping. We warmly welcome you to visit us anytime.
5.Which manufacturing process does your factory use? Does it support injection molding?
We use multiple processes such as compression molding, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding, and injection molding. Yes, we fully support injection molding for precision and large-scale production needs.
Customization
1. Do you offer customization services?
Yes, we do. If you have special requirements for size, shape, color, or branding, we can customize the silicone product to fit your needs.
2. What do I need to provide about customization?
Just let us know what you want the product to look like or how it should be used. Drawings or samples are helpful, but not necessary—we can work with simple ideas too.
3. I only have one idea, can you help me realize it?
Absolutely. Share your idea with us, and our team will guide you step by step—from design suggestions to making a real sample—until it becomes a finished product.
4. Can the packaging of the product be customized?
Yes. We can design packaging that matches your brand, such as color boxes, bags, or labels, so your product looks ready for the market.
5. Can you print my logo on the product?
Of course. We can add your logo in different ways, including printing, engraving, or embossing, so your brand stands out clearly.
6. Can I customize the product color as I want?
Yes. Just give us the Pantone color number or show us the color you like. We can produce almost any shade, including solid, transparent, or multi-color effects.
7. Do I need to charge mold fee for custom products? How is it calculated?
For new designs, a mold fee is usually needed. The price depends on the size and complexity of the product. Once the mold is made, you can reuse it for future orders, and in some cases, we may refund or discount the fee on bulk orders.
After-Sale Services
1. If we paid for the mold, can we take it back if we don’t continue this product in the future?
Normally the mold belongs to you once it’s paid. If you stop production, we can ship the mold back to you or keep it in storage for future use.
2. Can you deliver the goods to my other supplier in China and provide customs clearance documents for export?
Yes. We can deliver to your appointed supplier in China and prepare all necessary customs clearance documents to support export procedures.
3. Do you offer DDP / DAP service?
Yes, we can provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DAP (Delivered At Place) services to make shipping easier and more convenient for you.
4. What types of files do you accept for logo printing?
We accept AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. If you only have a simple design, we can also help re-draw it for printing.
5. What after-sale services and warranty do you provide?
We guarantee product quality. If you receive defective items, we will replace or refund after confirmation. Warranty terms vary depending on the product type, and we always provide customer support for any issues.
6. Will silicone products have an odor?
High-quality silicone should be odorless. All our silicone materials are food-grade or medical-grade and pass safety certifications. If there is any slight smell, it usually disappears after washing or airing.
7. How can I distinguish good silicone products from bad ones?
Good silicone products are odorless, durable, flexible, and have smooth surfaces without bubbles or impurities. Inferior ones may smell strongly, tear easily, or discolor quickly.
8. Can you sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to protect our design and files?
Yes. We respect client confidentiality and can sign NDA agreements to ensure your design, drawings, and business information are safe.
